Joanne Morrison, Founder, Outmarket
Joanne Morrison has over 20 years of experience in marketing for business process outsourcing (BPO) companies, having led marketing teams at Concentrix, Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) and VXI Global Solutions.
In addition to being an award-winning blog writer, her essays have been published in The New York Times best-selling Chicken Soup for the Soul book series and The Globe and Mail among other publications.
She has spent much of her career articulating the vision of digital transformation to brands looking to deliver better, more efficient service. Joanne has a special interest in corporate culture and organizational leadership.
